New Inpatient Admission and Discharge Reporting Subsystem is used by 87% of all Croatian hospitals

Fifty-four hospitals in Croatia are now using Inpatient Admission and Discharge Reporting Subsystem which is part of Central Management System developed by Cuspis Group. This represents 87% of all hospitals in Croatia.

New Inpatient Admission and Discharge Reporting Subsystem brought exciting new functionalities to Croatian hospitals reducing the time needed to report Inpatient admission and discharge and to correct errors and conflicts.

Until now hospitals were reporting patient admission and discharge manually and were waiting for approximately 24 hours until they were able to see if there are any errors or conflicts in sent data.
Errors were then corrected and send again waiting another 24 hours to get response. If the error was because there was record that patient is currently in another hospital (so called: conflict), one had to make phone call to Health Insurance Fund who in turn would have to call hospital were patient was reported to be staying to see what is really the case.

This process would consume on average two to three working days.

With new Inpatient Admission and Discharge Reporting Subsystem hospitals are now able to check their report online for any errors or conflict before even submitting report to Croatian Health Insurance Fund. Once submitted feedback is instantaneous and if there is conflict another hospital is immediately notified about it.

This enables hospitals to solve conflicts online, typically in just few hours.
